Digital Pioneers Academy is a public charter middle and high school in Southeast DC open to all students. Our students develop computer science skills and habits of innovation to prepare them for college and future success. We are developing the next generation of innovators.

We believe that all students are entitled to a computer science education. At DPA, students of every grade study computer science each week. No exceptions.

We believe that a college degree is an important gateway to opportunity and fulfillment. At DPA, students learn the skills, academics, and mindsets needed to graduate from four-year colleges.
CAREER
We believe that all students should be prepared for high-paying, high-demand jobs. At DPA, students gain real-world experience by inventing, designing, and solving challenging problems.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Digital Pioneers Academy is enrolling students grades 6th-11th for the 2023-24 school year. Families must apply to through the MySchoolDC.org website. Students must meet age and residency requirements to enroll.

Middle School Application Deadline: March 1, 2023
Lottery Results: March 31, 2023
Enrollment Deadline: May 1, 2023
Student applications received after the lottery deadlines will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
