We are pleased to have your child join or return to DPA. Whether your child is a new or returning student, you will need to complete and submit forms to be enrolled for the 2023-24 school year.

New Students: 23-24 School Year

Please complete steps 1-5 after you have been matched to Digital Pioneers Academy on myschooldc.org.

  1. Complete Pre-Registration Form
  2. Submit proof of residency to enroll@digitalpioneersacademy.org or bring in person (between 9:00 am - 4:30 pm). *See below for approved examples of residency.
  3. Complete DC Resident Verification (DCRV)
    • Once we have verified your proof of residency, you will receive a DCRV form via email through DOCUSIGN to complete.
  4. Complete and return required DC Health Form (submit in person or via email to enroll@digitalpioneersacademy.org)
  5. Complete online registration forms here
    • You will receive the username and password once all above steps are completed.

Returning Students: 23-24 School Year

We are thrilled to have our scholars back next year. Please complete steps 1-4 to secure your seat.

  1. Complete Re-Enrollment Form
    • Your access ID and password has been emailed to you. Call the main office at 202-677-3522 if you need that email resent.
  2. Submit proof of residency to enroll@digitalpioneersacademy.org.
  3. Complete DC Resident Verification (DCRV)
    • Once we have verified your proof of residency, you will receive a DCRV form via email through DOCUSIGN.
  4. Complete and return required DC Health Form (submit in person or via email to enroll@digitalpioneersacademy.org)

*DC Residency Documentation Requirements:

All students enrolled in public schools in the District of Columbia must provide proof of residency in the District. A bona fide DC resident is defined as a person that has established a physical presence in the District of Columbia. To verify residency, the student’s parent/guardian completes a DC Residency Verification Form and presents documents showing their address. The parent/guardian must be the individual listed on the residency documents. Below are the SY 2023–2024 guidelines for verifying residency.

You can use any one (1) of the following documents to prove residency:

  • A pay stub issued within the past 45 days showing only DC tax withholdings, displaying the name and current address;
  • Proof of financial assistance from the Government of the District of Columbia (i.e., TANF, Medicaid, SCHIP, Housing, etc.) issued within the past 12 months, displaying your name and current address;

If you do not have any of the documents listed above, you can use any two (2) of the following documents. (The address and name on each of the below items must be the same.)

  • District of Columbia-issued Driver’s License or non-driver’s identification, displaying your name and current address;
  • Utility (gas, electric, water) bill, displaying your name and current address, with a separate payment receipt or canceled check for payment of the bill for a period within 2 months; and/or
  • DC Vehicle Registration, displaying your name and current address.
